I was reading newsweek and guess what?
i learnt that: sleep deprivation causes
1) weight gain
2) increased risk of diabetes
3) abnormal hormonal levels
4) unable to function at best
5) promotes appetite
6) increased risk of heart disease

in conclusion, it just affects your brain. hormones and heart.

ok. i need to sleep more now!
but how to?! when there's so much hw to do.
when we're sooooooo busy 24/7
