missing gym quite a bit..
and i have reflected on the past few months..
i must really admit that i have not worked really hard..
in fact, i was really super slack..
not even nervous when competition was 1 wk away..
i had always thought
"wa lao.. i dun wanna go for gym leh.."
"i dun care abt competition la.. last yr, so wat?"
haha!.. i always cared more abt studies..
but during competition, i did really well..
like its the best marks in my 3 years..
a miracle?
thn before the day of comp, i was sick
and had major muscle ache..
i cried coz i tot i was gonna let my gym mates down..
but on that day, i was even more flex thn usual..
the pain was gone..
i really think god was good.. seriously..
i went for trainings, just because i didn't wanna
get warning points and also not to let reylyn down...
i truely feel that god had helped me..
i was not nervous at all..
I MISS TRAINING......
ALTHOUGH I USED TO HATE IT..
BUT STILL, ITS ACTUALLY FUN!!!
HELPS ME TO LOSE WEIGHT!!
omg! i lost quite a lot leh..
like i dunno y, but my waist like smaller..
even my mummy oso says so..
i think it was because
i always skip meals..
too tired to eat.. so lost quite a bit..
